The Foundation’s operations will be overseen by a Director with substantial experience in the social development sector. The Director will be supported by a team of professional staff members, engaged on a full-time, part-time, or voluntary basis depending on the scale and needs of the Foundation’s activities.

 

The Foundation will be guided by an independent Board responsible for providing strategic direction, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability. The Board will be chaired by a designated Chairman and will include 8 to 10 members selected from diverse professional fields and reputable NGOs, chosen for their expertise and demonstrated achievements.

 

The Founder of the Devarsh Foundation, Ms. A. Dilleshwari, will serve as the Member-Convenor of the Board.

 

The Foundation is committed to full legal compliance and transparency, including conducting regular audits, publishing annual reports, and maintaining an accessible and updated website and social media presence.
