Foundation‘s operational activities will be managed by a professional having rich experience in the social development sector. He/she will be designated as the Director of the Foundation. He/she will be assisted by professional staff members who will be recruited on a full-time/part-time or voluntary basis, depending upon the scale of operations. 

The Foundation will have an independent Board to continuously monitor its activities and provide regular guidance and support. The Board will have a Chairman, and 8 to 10 other members, who will be drawn from professional fields and NGO’s based on their proven accomplishments. Founder of the Devarsh Foundation, Ms A Dilleshwari will be the member-convenor of the Board.

The Foundation will comply with all legal requirements, including regular audits, publication of annual reports, maintenance of transparent website and social media pages, etc.
