Our Commitment
Founded on compassion and driven by a shared vision for change, the Devarsh Foundation is guided by a team of esteemed individuals from government, education, business, and social service sectors. Together, we bring a wealth of experience, integrity, and commitment to every initiative we undertake.
The Foundation will be guided by an independent Board responsible for providing strategic direction, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability. The Board will be chaired by a designated Chairman and will include 8 to 10 members selected from diverse professional fields and reputable NGOs, chosen for their expertise and demonstrated achievements.
The Founder of the Devarsh Foundation, Ms. A. Dilleshwari, will serve as the Member-Convenor of the Board.
The Foundation is committed to full legal compliance and transparency, including conducting regular audits, publishing annual reports, and maintaining an accessible and updated website and social media presence.
